Contest “Top 50 Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” is held by the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year's winners and laureates were determined in 8 categories. The prizes were provided by the partners of the contest such as “Ak Bars Bank”, “Tatneftekhiminvest – Holding”, “Svyazinvestneftekhim”. The second Republic’s Youth Forum took place in early December in Kazan State Technological University. All the municipalities are to submit the documentation for the acts of the work performed (form KS-2) under the program on major repairs of schools until December 25th, 2013. Two houses were built in Arsky area in 2013 under the program on the construction of administrative and residential complexes for local police officers. The contractor is company “Arsky KSM”, which performed the work quickly and efficiently.

In connection with the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2013 No.1057 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 147 “On the procedure for granting subsidies in the form of property to the Fund of the Russian Federation and the characteristics of the provision of financial support to the entities of the Russian Federation” of 21/02/2013, and given the letter of the Russian Finance Ministry No. 06-06-13/1/49238 of 15/11/2013 on values of the levels of the ​​estimated budget security of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2014, on December 2d, 2013, the Board of the Fund approved the amendments to the predicted increase in the limits of the provision of financial support from the Fund, calculated for the entities of the Russian Federation regarding the funds allocated for the resettlement of people from the failing housing stock by means of property contributions of the Russian Federation to the Fund for this purpose in 2014-2017.
