December, 12th being the all-Russian day of the reception of citizens

The all-Russian day of the reception of citizens will be held in the state and local authorities on December 12th, 2013 from 12.00 to 20.00 in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation. The event will take place on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold the reception at: 10 Dzerzhinsky Street, Kazan.

The competence of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan includes the following issues:

1. Architectural part management;

2. Management of urban development within the powers granted;

3. Security management of hydraulic structures in the Republic of Tatarstan, except for safety issues of hydraulic structures owned by municipalities;

4. Construction materials industries management;

5. Construction management;

6. Ensuring the citizens’ rights to housing and providing consumers with high-quality housing and public services;

7. Creating conditions for the formation of housing markets, housing and public services markets;

8. Ensuring the citizens' rights to housing;

9. Supervising construction, reconstruction, major repairs of capital facilities;

10. Executing control over the citizens’ rights and legitimate interests and those of the state in the provision of housing and public services to the population;

11. Managing the housing stock owned by the Republic of Tatarstan;

12. Exercising the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of monitoring the compliance of the legislation on urban development in the Republic of Tatarstan by the local governments;

13. Providing, in accordance with the laws, the development of standards and approval of estimates for determining the estimated cost of construction, reconstruction and repair in the Republic of Tatarstan.
