Today, village Baskan in Mamadyshsky municipal area of Tatarstan has a big holiday. A multi-purpose center has been opened here. The villagers have been waiting for the event for about 20 years.

The next release of television program from the "Energy-efficient house" will take place on Saturday, August 31st, 2013 at 10:25 on channel “Russia 1 Tatarstan”. The main theme of the program is devoted to major repairs and activities related to the energy efficiency and the introduction of energy efficient technologies in the framework of the program on major repairs.

The leadership of the area set the task to put into operation more than eight thousand square meters of housing. According to the department of infrastructure development, the list of the house to be commissioned includes also the individual housing construction in settlements such Podgornoye, Bilarovo, Urussu, Yutaza, Ural, Khurriyat and Bairaki-Tamak. Four houses in villages Bairyaka, Malye Urussu, Karakashly and Yutaza were built as part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War. In addition, new single-family houses were erected under the program on rural development. As for multi-family homes, by the end of the year two 27-apartment houses will be put into operation in village Urussu: in micro district Solnechny and a similar house in Lenin Street. Contractor “Energostroiservis” LLC is building another apartment building in micro district Solnechny to be commissioned next year.

6 modern sports fields will be installed in Zelenodolsky area by mid-October. It is to be recalled the funds for these sports facilities were allocated by the Republic as a bonus for the work on the construction of stadium “Kazan-Arena”.

A new club for 200 people was opened in village Yelkhovo in Almetyevsky municipal area of Tatarstan. The club was constructed under Republic’s program “Construction of rural clubs”.

Major repairs of schools, for which 150 million 209 thousand rubles were allocated, have been completed in Naberezhnye Chelny.

President of “Company Tatglavsnab” JSC Kadnikov Boris Aleksandrovich celebrated his 80th anniversary. Over many years of fruitful work he has made a great contribution to the development of the construction sector of the Republic and the whole country.

Since the beginning of the year 1 million 421.9 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, which is equal to nearly 60 percent of the annual plan and 102.5 percent compared to last year. Such data was announced by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the weekly Republic’s meeting held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

High-capacity equipment manufactured by Mitsubishi is being installed at the construction site of the Complex for production of ammonia, methanol and granulated carbamide of “Ammony” JSC in Mendeleyevsk. The installation of process equipment lines for the production of methanol has been completed. The installation is being carried out using the lifting equipment of “SOPiG” LLC and Liebherr's cranes with the lifting capacity up to 750 tons.
