A new club opened in village Yelkhovo in Almetyevsky area

A new club for 200 people was opened in village Yelkhovo in Almetyevsky municipal area of Tatarstan. The club was constructed under Republic’s program “Construction of rural clubs”.

The solemn event was held with the participation of Head of Almetyevsky municipal area Mazit Salikhov. The opening ceremony was attended by hundreds of residents and visitors of village Yelkhovo.

On behalf of the Board and Executive Committee and himself Mazit Salikhov heartily congratulated them on their long-awaited event. There was not any club in the village and young people went to a disco to village Nizhneye Abdulovo. The celebrations were held in the same place or in the auditorium of Yelkhovskaya School. Now, with the construction of a new club, the cultural life of the village will be better. In addition, the new building will also house a rural library.

Mazit Salikhov noted that it had been decided to build three clubs in Almetyevsky area. The first one was built last year in village Verkhnyaya Maktama. The other programs are also being implemented in the village. Schools and first-aid stations are being repaired, and thanks to program “A Country Doctor young medical personnel come to the village to work.

The Board and the Executive Committee presented a certificate for 100 thousand rubles for sewing costumes. Also Mazit Salikhov presented a number of awards to the residents who take an active part in the village life.

Head of Yelkhovskoye rural settlement Daniya Khairislamova also congratulated the villagers on the holiday. She thanked the builders for the good work that had been done in a short time. She also reported that the villagers had actively participated in the construction of the club. Someone supplied appliances, someone helped to clean up after the completion of the construction work.

After the presentations, Head of contractor “Osnova-S” LLC Rustam Talipov handed over a symbolic key to Director of the club Rafis Aflyatunov. A red tape being cut, the guests and residents of the village entered the club to watch a gala concert prepared by the Culture Department of Almetyevsky municipal area and former residents of the village.

According to Director of the club Rafis Aflyatunov, the club will operate daily. “There are a lot of young people in the village. We will have an artistic director who will organize various groups for young people and for adults. There will be held all the holiday concerts and, of course, discos for young people”, he told to the reporters.
