A multi-purpose centre opened in village Baskan in Mamadyshsky area

Today, village Baskan in Mamadyshsky municipal area of Tatarstan has a big holiday. A multi-purpose center has been opened here. The villagers have been waiting for the event for about 20 years.

 “The opening of the club is a historically significant event for the village, where traditions are kept, and where creativity is well developed. A House of Culture is the main center of spiritual, moral and aesthetic education in rural areas. And it is built for people to live better and feel comfortable. Today's event was made possible thanks to the decision of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on the preservation of cultural centers in remote villages. We express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the Leadership of the Republic”, said Head of Mamadyshsky area Anatoly Ivanov.

In addition, the centre houses a new first-aid station equipped with modern necessary equipment, a library and a reading room. And both young people and veterans and even people with disabilities will be able to come here and be informed of cultural life of the village.

“Let the new club will be a place of interesting meetings for both youth and veterans. After all, the preservation of the culture, traditions, customs and languages ​​of the peoples living in Tatarstan may be ensured by the villagers”, such wishes were voiced by the guests of the celebration such as Executive Director of the Fund to support the development of culture under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Nuriya Khashimova and Chief Adviser of Department on the work with the territories under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Islanov. Deputy Director of the Republic’s scientific - methodical center of folklore and cultural - educational work of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Gali Gabdrakhmanov handed over the certificate in the amount of 100,000 rubles in honor of the opening of the center. Also, the employees of LLC “Mamadysh ZhKU” who had made every effort to bring that day closer were awarded for a quick and qualitative construction of the House of Culture.
