Today, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov took part in the Interregional conference “The practice of management of the MCD” in Kazan.
GBU “Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan” together with the Institute of the General Plan of Moscow has begun to develop a master plan of the Kazan agglomeration. It will include Kazan, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsk, Pestrechinsky, Laishevsky municipal districts and others.
