The Ministry of Construction of Russia together with the Institute of Development DOM.RF. the roadmap for the implementation of the superservice "Digital construction of an individual residential building" was approved.

Superservice will provide an integrated approach to services provided on a single technological platform to participants in the process of building residential buildings on the principle of "one window" using the portal of Public Services.

In 2022, 65 healthcare facilities will be built and repaired in the Republic of Tatarstan for a total of 7.5 billion rubles according to federal, republican programs and non-program activities. This was announced today at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

As of today, 1 million 494 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 54% of the annual plan. According to the social mortgage program, the plan is fulfilled by 66%. In the line of individual housing construction (IHS), the implementation of the plan is 56%: 6 thousand 930 houses have been commissioned. In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at 42.5%.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan on the implementation of republican programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, it was also attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Today in Kazan, as part of the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria, a solemn ceremony was held to install a memorial stone to mark the beginning of the construction of the Cathedral Mosque complex. The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has organized the updating of SP 52 "Natural and artificial lighting". In the updated set of rules, the methodology for adjusting the calculations of natural and combined lighting will allow us to correctly take into account the impact on the natural lighting of premises, architectural elements of facades, including balconies and loggias, the configuration of non-rectangular rooms.

The event is held in order to increase the effectiveness of informing young people about the programs and measures of state support for young families and young professionals in improving housing conditions in Tatarstan.

Construction of the Krylovka Park residential complex has begun in the Kirovsky district of Kazan. The complex is located near the intersection of Bolshaya Krylovka, Yagodinskaya and Krasnokokshayskaya.
