In total, this year 223 courtyards of Kazan, 93 courtyards of the Almetyevsky district, 88 courtyards of Naberezhnye Chelny, 83 courtyards of the Zelenodolsk district, 67 courtyards of the Nizhnekamsk district will be landscaped. The program included 2 urban districts and all municipal districts, with the exception of Kaibitsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Atninsky districts. Such data was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Marat Aizatullin said that according to the social mortgage program in the republic, it is necessary to build 161 houses with a total area of ​​280 thousand square meters. To date, 24 apartment buildings for 1 thousand 363 apartments have been commissioned. Another 75 houses are on a high level of completion. 51 houses were commissioned within the framework of commercial development. In total, this year, the obligations of developers for the delivery of housing are 164 apartment buildings with an area of ​​1 million 265 thousand square meters. As part of the program for the construction of preschool educational institutions, it is planned to build 13 kindergartens. Work is underway at 11 contracted objects. The ministry is monitoring the progress of work at 95 sites under 12 federal programs. 81 objects have been contracted.
