At a meeting held last Saturday at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin reported on the progress of the construction of socio-cultural facilities.

The approval of the list of facilities for the creation of new public spaces within the framework of the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" takes place with the active participation of residents through the voting procedure.

This was announced last Saturday at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.

In Tatarstan, on May 3, the housing commissioning plan was completed by 48%, 1 million 570 thousand square meters were commissioned. 11% were commissioned through commercial construction, which is 35 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 186 thousand square meters. m. Under the social mortgage program, the annual plan was completed by 43%. Of the 35 houses that need to be built this year, 6 have been commissioned. Their total area is 69 thousand square meters. m. The largest fulfillment of the plan is recorded through individual housing construction. 1 million 314.5 thousand square meters have been commissioned here.
