The delegation of the Samara region visited the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation from the Samara region. The delegation, headed by Anastasia Sorokina, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Samara Region, included the heads of the Ministries of Urban Planning, Construction, Energy and Housing and Communal Services, as well as the Samara City District, the Institute for Territorial Development and the Urban Studies Center.
At the beginning of the meeting, the guests were told about the main activities of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, Deputy Minister Vladimir Kudryashev, who held the meeting, said that in 2025 the ministry is involved in the implementation of 48 republican programs, 6 national projects, 4 state programs and extra-programmatic activities. These events include 3,677 facilities worth a total of 140 billion 67 million rubles.
It was noted that since 2021, more than 3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned annually in Tatarstan. It is planned to build 3.2 million square meters for the current year.
The guests were also informed about such a unique republican program "Our Yard", which has been implemented since 2020. As part of the program, 2,278 yards in Kazan have already been landscaped, improving the living conditions for half a million citizens. In five years, more than 3 million square meters of courtyard driveways have been repaired, about 25 thousand additional parking spaces have been created, more than 12 thousand new lighting poles with LED lights and over 21 thousand small architectural forms have been installed.
In addition, this year, at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the program "Modernization of housing and communal services facilities" was launched with financing of 8.5 billion rubles. which includes 100 structures.
Anastasia Sorokina, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Samara Region, thanked for the warm welcome. "It is always a pleasure to visit Kazan, Tatarstan. Because trips are always inspiring and teach a lot. Today we want to learn about the experience that you have gained in the construction complex, housing and communal services. We have a big program, in particular, we plan to see the new Kamala Theater building. We hope that our current visit will be just as useful and fruitful," Svetlana Alexandrovna said.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of infrastructure programs and opportunities for cooperation.
