One of the sources of negative impact on the Kazanka river was the discharge of storm sewers from Sovetsky and Novo-Savinovsky districts of Kazan over an area of 59 hectares through an inlet pipe with a diameter of 1,200 mm and an outlet pipe with a diameter of 1,500 mm on Sibirsky Street. The contractor Sigma LLC entered the facility in September 2019. He performed pipe transfer, construction of a 30 × 21 × 5.4 m stock tank, a sewage treatment plant, installation of pumps, installation of a multi-stage filter system, improvement of the nearby territory was completed. Wastewater capacity - 30 l/s. The cost of the work performed is 90 million rubles. The work was carried out as part of the national project "Improvement of the Volga". “The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering prepared a comprehensive training program for the development of individual housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan,” - Farit Khanifov said at video conferencing meeting under the leadership of President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Training is planned to be carried out remotely in video mode. Students of the program are heads of municipal districts, heads and specialists of executive committees, chambers of property and land relations, resource supplying organizations, representatives of ministries, departments, educational organizations and developers. The program consists of two blocks: - The first block on the theme "Implementation of the program for the development of individual housing construction" is designed for 72 hours; - The second block on the topic “Implementation of investment construction projects of individual housing construction” is designed for 250 hours (corresponds to the professional standard “Specialist of a technical customer”, after successful testing a diploma of professional retraining is issued). The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic noted that the start of training is scheduled for May 25.

The draft of federal law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts in order to Regulate the Transfer of Ownership of Engineering Infrastructure Facilities Intended for the Transportation and Supply of Communal Resources Directly to Their Consumers in Apartment Buildings” has been posted on the draft regulatory documents portal. The draft law defines the procedure and conditions for transferring into ownership of resource supply organizations of intra-quarter gas, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks located between the connection point under the technical connection agreement and the external border of the communal building networks of apartment buildings. The amount of payment for which intra-quarterly networks are transferred or sold at auction will be limited by the amount of actually incurred expenses for their creation and registration. The developer will also be able to transfer such networks to the municipality at a price below cost or free of charge. The discussion of the bill will last until June 2, 2020.
