This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. Farit Khanifov said that a sanitary-ecological two-month period is continuing in the republic, within the framework of which the Clean Construction event is being held on the territory of construction sites. During the period from April 1 to May 20, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 200 inspections, 21 violations were revealed. 21 administrative protocols were drawn up, fines of 94 thousand rubles were imposed. As part of providing housing for large families, all 46 families received certificates. As of May 23, 9 certificates have been implemented. It is also planned to provide housing for 47 young families from 12 municipalities. As of May 23, subsidies are listed for 15 young families. To provide housing for 35 citizens from among internally displaced persons, citizens who have left the regions of the Far North and Chernobyl residents, 20 certificates were issued. The results of the work of organizations of the fuel and energy, housing and communal complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan in the heating period 2019/2020 were announced today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Irek Fayzullin drew attention to the need to remove restrictions on the use of new technologies in construction. He added that the role and responsibility of organizations involved in the examination of project documentation should also be increased, and the quality of state construction supervision should be improved. So, it is proposed to mandatory carry out construction control in respect of facilities whose construction or reconstruction is carried out in whole or in part at the expense of the budget within the framework of national projects.
