A meeting on labor protection was held in Nurlat. The main topic of the meeting: “Actual issues of ensuring labor safety in construction”. The seminar was attended by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, I.S. Gimaev, head of administration of the Nurlatsky district, A.S. Akhmetshin, members of the working group on labor protection in the construction industry, the main educational organizations of the republic, leaders, responsible persons on labor protection of executive committees and others. During the meeting, participants and guests of the seminar discussed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.

The competition is held among organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings for 5 categories of participants:

category - organizations servicing the housing stock up to 150 thousand square meters;

 category - organizations serving the housing stock from 150 to 300 thousand square meters;

 category - organizations serving the housing stock from 300 to 750 thousand square meters;

 category - organizations serving the housing stock from 750 to 1,500 thousand square meters;

 category - organizations serving the housing stock of 1500 and more thousand square meters;

This year, from February 1 to August 9, the VI Republican competition for the best estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held. The competition identifies the best specialists in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction, and also contributes to the professional training and improvement of the quality of the activities of specialists in budget business. Conditions of participation in the competition: apply from February 1 to April 15, 2019; Round 1 (by correspondence) - April 25, 2019; Round 2 (by correspondence) - May 15, 2019; Round 3 and awarding of participants - August 9, 2019. In 2018, Chistopolskaya ZHI as part of planned, unscheduled inspections, inspection surveys conducted in Aksubayevsky, Alekseyevsky, Alkeevsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky and Chistopolsky districts surveyed 466 houses with a total area of 2432.79 thousand square meters. According to the results of the surveys, 1003 violations were identified, for which elimination 401 orders were issued, 32 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, fines totaling 329600 rubles were filed, of which 128600 rubles were paid.

On January 19, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of January 18, 2019, as many as 86,700 square meters of housing, which makes 3.6 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

The Minister reported on the implementation of investment programme of the Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic, which envisages the construction of 165 houses for 7,838 apartments with the total area of 438.300 square meters in 2019.

To date, the Fund reported to the statistic agencies on 22 houses for 250 apartments with the total area of 140,000 square meters.

Faizullin continued that as many as 936 houses with the total area of 5.6 million square meters are planned to be overhauled in 2019.

According to the Minister, it is planned to provide 309 orphans with housing under residential lease in 2019.

It is planned to accommodate 132 families of certain categories, including 35 large families, 52 young families and 45 families of other categories under the housing programme.

As many as 140 houses are planned to be built under the multi-apartment houses investment programme, 13 of them have already been commissioned. 

One of the highest indicators of housing provision per inhabitant in the Russian Federation - 26.2 sq. m. in RT and 25.2 sq.m. across the Russian Federation. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the final meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the General Director of the State Corporation “Fund for Assistance to the Reform of the Housing and Communal Services” Konstantin Tsitsin and others took part in the work. “In the republic during the last 8 years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters are introduced annually (approx. in 2017, 2 million 408.1 thousand square meters). This allows you to download the work of construction organizations and maintains competition among developers, as a deterrent to rising house prices, - said Irek Faizullin.

Such data was voiced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan. The building complex confidently performs the functions of the locomotive of the real sectors of the economy. The share of the gross product of the construction complex in the total regional product was forecast at 7.2%, with the share of those employed in the construction being 4.5%. The share of unprofitable enterprises in the construction industry decreased by 0.3 percentage points over the year and amounted to 24%.

Due to large-scale construction, implementation of republican programs, Tatarstan has a developed construction industry, which today is one of the largest in the Russian Federation. According to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, the construction industry of the republic is supplied with products of 400 republican enterprises. The head of department at the final meeting of the ministry’s collegium noted that over the past 5 years, 71 enterprises had been introduced and modernized. In 2018, the volume of products shipped from the construction materials industry reached 34 billion rubles, which is 103% compared to 2017. Tatarstan is the first among the Volga regions in terms of the share of the volume of construction work of the total volume in the Volga Federal District - 28.6% with a population share of 13.2%.

At the final meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan were told that for the period 2014 to 2018 more than 20 regulatory legal acts on capital repairs of apartment buildings were adopted. Over 10 years of work in Tatarstan, 5,191 elevator equipment was repaired and replaced, more than 7.5 million square meters of roof, 14 million square meters of facade were repaired. In total, 10,664 thousand were repaired for a total of 58 billion 800 million rubles, of which 10.5 billion were federal funds.

On January 17, at the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic, which summed up results of the Ministry’s work in 2018 and set tasks for 2019.

Before the meeting, Minnikhanov together with Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic looked around a portable boiler room and also visited the Centre for Engineering Systems in Construction ("Engineering Centre").

Director General of the Fund for Assistance to Reforming the Housing and Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin, Chief Federal Inspector of the republic Renat Timerzyanov, Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of Tatarstan Ekzam Gubaidullin and other officials took part in the meeting.
