This year, repair of 28 educational organizations for the amount of 681 million rubles is planned: 16 municipal and 12 correctional schools, and 94 kindergartens for 1 billion 794 million rubles. This was told by Airat Gallyamov, the head of the operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, at a press conference dedicated to the issues of construction and major repairs of social facilities. "For 6 years of implementing this program, 926 educational institutions of the republic were repaired: 704 municipal and 49 correctional schools, 173 kindergartens. The total amount of financing amounted to about 15 billion rubles, - concluded the representative of the Ministry. - To date, construction and installation work on general education schools have been completed at 91.7%, the work has been totally completed at 7 sites. Correction schools have 76.5% construction and installation works. The kindergartens at 22 work sites have been completed".

In the current year, 28 cultural facilities for a total of 281 million rubles are planned to be built. "Since 2012, in order to create a high quality of life in municipalities, access to cultural values, opportunities to meet cultural needs and creative self-realization of the population, the Program for the construction of multifunctional cultural centers is being implemented. In total for the period from 2012 to 2017, at the expense of the republican budget: 2 billion 624 million rubles – were built 257 rural clubs, - said Ilshat Gimaev. As the deputy minister noted, to date, the work has been completed at 4 sites: Zainsky, Mamadysh, Kaibitsky, Drozhzhanovsky municipalities, construction is continuing at 24 sites.

Prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin and Chairman of the Board of the Turkish holding YDA Group Hussein Arslan. One of the main topics was public-private partnership in construction. In his welcoming speech, the Minister noted that the volume of construction work in Tatarstan in the forecast for 2018 will be 355 billion rubles, including budget construction and construction of commercial organizations. The main objects - the vast majority - are built by the enterprises of the republic. According to the latest statistics service, the number of employees in the construction industry is about 105 thousand people. "We have built a large number of objects with our Turkish partners in preparation for the millennium of Kazan, the Kul Sharif mosque, the reconstruction of the Kazan Kremlin, the residence of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and a number of other significant objects," - said Irek Fayzullin.

On August 11, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic. It was noted that 43 municipal districts (except for Kaibitsky and Drozhzhanovsky districts) take part in the program of capital repairs of houses for 2018. In total, there are 995 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.3 million square meters. This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. As of August 9, have been held electronic auctions for 968 multi-apartment houses from 995, contractors have been determined. Contracts have been concluded for 840 multi-apartment houses (out of 968). According to the program of overhaul repairing of adolescent clubs and the strengthening of their material base in the Republic, work is being carried out at 8 sites, 20 work sites have been completed (in 2018, 28 teenage clubs are planned to be repaired, and the program funding is 100.0 million rubles). In addition, on 9th of August, work on capital repairs is being carried out at 26 facilities of social service institutions, dynamics for 2 weeks - 3%, at 8 work sites completed. At the end, Irek Fayzullin congratulated all workers of the industry on the professional holiday - the Builder's Day. Today, the grand opening of a kindergarten in the village Nabereznye Morkvashi was held. The new kindergarten is designed for 50 places. The institution is fully equipped with modern appliances and furniture, colourful gazebo and playgrounds are established, the adjacent territory is landscaped. From the republican budget 45 million has been allocated for a kindergarten. "For our residents, the opening of a new pre-school institution has become a very important event and a wonderful gift for the new school year. Now in the Nabereznye Morkvashi settlement, the issue with the queue to the kindergarten was completely solved. Places are enough for all the children," - said Ilnur Gayazov, the head of the Nabereznye Morkvashi rural settlement, at the opening.

In accordance with the audit plan agreed by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopol ZHI in July 2018, scheduled checks were initiated against LLC "Gorodok" in Nurlat, LLC "Zhilishnik-5" and "Vostok" Housing Association in Chistopol (currently time, not yet completed). In the course of planned inspections of these management organizations, a comprehensive survey of 35 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of ​​121,417 square meters was carried out, 47 violations were identified, and 12 regulations were issued to eliminate them. In July 2018, 28 applications of citizens (26 written and 2 oral) were received in Chistopol ZHI. Out of the number of complaints received, 10 applications were checked with access to the site, 7 of which were taken to control the inspection (regulations were issued).

On August 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with  Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin arrived on a working visit in Moscow to meet Russian Minister of Construction and Housing Vladimir Yakushev.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of implementation of a number of regional programmes with the participation of federal funding in the area of housing construction, capital repair of multi-apartment houses, the formation of a comfortable urban environment, etc.

Tatarstan ranked first among the regions of Russia for the implementation of the priority project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment”.

Today, the final stage of the contest "The Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018" was held. 13 participants competed for the title of the best estimator of the republic. This year, the third round of the contest was held following the example of the All-Russian contest of estimates in the format of an oral examination. The best estimators of Tatarstan in 2018 were: Gulnaz Zinnatullina, head of the budget group of the JSC "Kazan Giproniiaaviaprom" (Laureate of 1 degree and Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018). Ekaterina Vlasenko, engineer of the third category of SUE "TIGP" (Laureate of the II degree). Olga Vdovina, head of the budget-contractual LLC "PC Grad" (Laureate of the III degree). The award ceremony took place on the same day. The event was opened by Vladimir Kudryashev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The resident of Chelny became the only representative from Tatarstan who received a departmental award from the hands of the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Vladimir Yakushev. It should be noted that gratitude from the Ministry of Construction of Russia was given to only five builders from all over the country. Anatoly Aksakov - 63 years old, 32 of which he devoted to work in the construction industry. Together with colleagues, he built residential houses in Naberezhnye Chelny, Elabuga, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk. Anatoly Aksakov annually becomes the winner of the competition of professional skills.
