On 16 -17th of August 2018, in order to advise citizens on legal issues, it is planned to send an information and consultation group of specialists from ministries, departments and organizations to provide free legal assistance in the Nurlat municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Counselling citizens on legal issues will be conducted in two rural settlements - Yakushkinsky and Fomkinsky. The above-mentioned event will be attended by L.A. Today in the city of Laishevo there was an on-site meeting of the interdepartmental working group on labor protection in the construction industry, combined with the meeting of the Coordination Council for Labor Protection of the Laishevsky Municipal District. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of the executive committee of the Laishevsky municipal district, responsible persons for labor protection of construction organizations and construction industry enterprises operating in the Laishevsky district. The meeting discussed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.
Representatives of the Turkish business: the companies Gursoy Group, Kalon Holding, Tanriverdi Holding and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed prospective areas of cooperation. n August 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new swimming pool in Mamadysh. As many as seven new covered swimming facilities have been opened in Tatarstan, including Apastovo, Verkhny Uslon, Nizhnekamsk, Pestretsy, Mamadysh, Tukaevsky and Tyulyachy municipal regions of the republic today.
All the pools are built according to a standard design. The facilities include a large pool for adults and a small pool for young and middle-aged children, with the capacity of 396 people per day. The facilities are equipped for low-mobility groups. In particular, a fitted locker room, as well as a special mechanism for getting into the water are provided.
In his welcome speech, Minnikhanov noted that today all the conditions to do sport have been for the residents of the republic. There are 224 swimming pools in the region, 214 are of closed type. "Today we have opened seven new swimming pools. Until the end of this month, one more pool will be opened in Atninsk region. There are all conditions to do sport comfortably. I am sure that these facilities will be in demand among local dwellers,” Tatarstan President added.
During a special video address, President of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) Julio Maglione stressed that every year Tatarstan not only maintains, but increases traditions of water sports. "We see that huge work has been done in the republic, a serious reserve has been created for future champions. Today, seven new swimming pools have been opened in several regions of Tatarstan. These facilities are just what is needed for people to be healthy,” he said.
In the village Bolshoe Elovo erected a club for 50 seats. To date, the walls are erected, this week the construction of the roof will start, in parallel the work on the laying of engineering networks is underway. The club is built within the framework of the republican program. Overhaul program for apartment buildings has been in operation since 2008. Totally this year, under the program of overhaul repairing in Yelabuga, 22 houses will be repaired. In 17 objects works have already begun. In these houses, the facades will be renovated and insulated, the heating system, the water removal system will be replaced, and the entrances will be renovated. In 2017, 31 houses were renovated in Yelabuga. Reference: in Tatarstan under the program of major repairs this year is planning to improve the living conditions of more than 224 thousand citizens. This is 995 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.3 million square meters. The volume of financing is 6 billion 76 million 348 thousand rubles.
This year it is planned to repair 28 educational organizations with a funding limit of 681.96 million rubles, of which: 16 municipal schools for a total amount of 373.46 million rubles; 12 special (special) schools for the amount of 308,503 million rubles. In 2012, 6 types of works were carried out at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan: roof repairs, replacement of windows, repair of entrance groups, replacement of bathrooms, repair of internal engineering communications, repair of interior doors. In 2013, added two more types of work: restoration of the facade and pavement. Comprehensive repair is carried out in correctional schools. Over 6 years of the program, 751 schools (702 municipal and 49 special schools) have been renovated.
Construction of indoor swimming pools in 2018 was conducted by Glavinveststroi RT in Verkhneuslonsky, Atninsky, Nizhnekamsky, Pestrechinsky, Tyulyachinsky, Apastovsky, Mamadyshky and Tukayevsky districts of Tatarstan. The volume of general financing amounted to 1.1 billion rubles. Funding for "the Sula" Basin in Pestretzi is 138.3 million rubles. "All contract organizations that carry out construction are local. The work was completed in full and on time. In the pool there are two swimming bowls. The first one has length of 25 meters, width 8.5 has a depth of 1.6 to 1.8 m is divided into 4 swimming tracks for organized swimming classes. The second - children's, 10 meters long, 6 meters wide, has a depth of 0.6 to 0.8 meters designed for swimming children up to 140 cm in height. The building has modern ventilation, lighting, heating and water treatment systems. At the moment, all the start-up operations have been carried out, both basin bowls are filled with water and the water purification system is being tested.
