About the work of the Bugulma Zonal Housing Inspectorate for the consideration of citizens' appeals for the first 9 months of 2018

During the first 9 months of 2018, the Bugulma Zonal Housing Inspectorate received 632 appeals from citizens of Aznakaevsky, Bugulma, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk and Yutazinsky municipal districts on 668 issues of unsatisfactory housing stock and poor quality of housing and communal services, including the main topics: quality of provision housing services - 19; quality of public utilities - 105; the content of common property - 256; utility fees - 146; overhaul repairing- 44; redevelopment - 5; unsatisfactory work of the Management Company, housing cooperative - 23. Of the total number of appeals received at the personal reception, 29 appeals, 290 appeals came from the GZHI RT office, 268 appeals came directly to the BZHI, 45 appeals came from various organizations (Prosecutor's Office, Rospotrebnnadzor, MSA and Housing Inspectorate of the RT and so on.).
