The portal of state services of Tatarstan continues voting on the choice of public spaces, which will be landscaped in 2019-2022. A new service is available in the section "Polls of residents" and in the mobile application "RT Services". The respondents were offered more than 200 public spaces, included in the list of objects to determine the priority of improvement. All residents of the Republic of Tatarstan can take part in the online voting. You can vote only once. Those who received the largest number of votes will be included in the list of facilities for improvement in 2019. The remaining public spaces will be distributed during 2020-2022.

On March 24, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all regions of the republic, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan in 2018.

Frolov reminded that 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square metres in 43 municipal regions of the republic will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2018.  It is planned to improve living facilities for more than 224,000 citizens of the republic. The total funding amounting to 6b 76m 348 thousand roubles is allocated to the capital repair programme in 2018.

As of March 22, as many as 14 municipal schools of 16 planned are being overhauled. In addition, the capital repair in nine of 12 special schools and in 68 of 85 pre-school institutions is under way. 

It is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps at the total cost of 112 mln roubles, to construct six children's recreation camps at the total cost of 40.5 mln roubles and to reconstruct one camp at the total cost of 40 mln roubles in 2018. As of March 22 of the current year, the major repair of 13 facilities of 14 recreation camps is under way.

The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of March 22, as many as 13 of 14 facilities with the total funding amounting to 681,38 million roubles are being overhauled.

The overhaul in 42 cultural facilities of 39 facilities with the total funding amounting to 342m 975 thousand roubles is underway.

Frolov also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of youth clubs, Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities, social services institutions and buildings of youth centres of the republic is under way.

Under the capital repair programme 120 outpatient centres with the total funding amounting to 3b 195m 720 thousand roubles will be repaired in 2018.

It is scheduled to overhaul 63 machine and tractor fleets, 127 grain-cleaning complexes, grain stories and covered granaries, 227 cowsheds, 15 vegetable stores and to build 123 silage – hay trenches in the current year.

As part of implementation of priority project “Development of comfortable urban environment” two bln roubles are allocated from the regional budget and 655 mln 108,9 thousand roubles from the federal budget, as many as 60 public space facilities, in particular, 28 parks, 16 embankments and beaches, 7 streets, 5 garden squares, 3 avenues and one square are planned to be developed .

Leader regions in the implementation of the priority project for the formation of a comfortable urban environment can be allocated bonus funds for landscaping. For these purposes, it is planned to direct funds saved during the implementation of the priority project in 2017 - this is more than 1.3 billion rubles. The Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men told about this the press conference on 21th of March. According to the proposal of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the unspent funds of the priority project for the formation of a comfortable urban environment are planned to be distributed among the leaders of the rating for the implementation of the project. The first place was shared by the Moscow region and the Republic of Tatarstan, the second by the Chechen Republic, the third by the Krasnoyarsk District, the Amur and Sverdlovsk regions are on the fourth place, the Leningrad Region is ending the fives of leaders,"- Mikhail Men said.

Today, on 23th of March in Nizhny Novgorod, the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Privolzhsky Federal District Mikhail Babich held a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District. Today, the Ministry together with the Housing Policy Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan held an expanded Republican meeting with representatives of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, supervisory bodies and developers on the topic "Changes and innovations in the legislation on shared construction of apartment buildings." Changes in the regulation of shared construction are aimed at increasing the transparency of the activities of developers, improving the current legislation and ensuring increased protection of the rights of participants in shared construction. Deputy Minister Ilshat Sakhapovich Gimaev and deputy head of the housing policy department of the executive committee of the city of Kazan Akhmetkhanov Ayrat Rafkatovich addressed the meeting. After the speeches, representatives of the developers asked the questions. The meeting was very productive for each of the parties and it was decided to hold similar republican meetings at least once a quarter.

This year will be the jubilee fifth competition of professional skill for the title "Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan". The 2018 competition will also determine three winners and candidates for participation in the All-Russian contest of estimates.

The terms of participation:
