On 16 th of March , 2018 in the Assembly hall was held a meeting of students with the leadership of KGASU SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt". The purpose of the meeting was the presentation Of the competition for the scholarship "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt", which was first established by the head territorial design and research and production firm of the Republic of Tatarstan for students of Kazan state University of architecture and civil engineering. From March 12 to 16th 2018, the final (all-Russian) stage of the All-Russian student's Olympiad in the discipline "Construction Thermophysics (Heat Engineering)" was held at the Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (NNSAGU). The Olympiad was held for the first time, but the strongest students of various specialties from the Russian universities took part in it: KGASU , SPbGASU, NNSAGU and SUSU. At the first stage, the students had to solve for 5 hours 5 complicated tasks in the discipline "Building Thermophysics", and then within an hour to answer 100 test questions. Based on the results of checking the completed tasks, the unconditional victory of KGASU was revealed - the students took all the top prizes. Congratulations to the students on the deserved victory at the All-Russian Olympiad!

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate has conducted 256 inspections since the beginning of 2018. Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of RT - 247 inspections, State Labor Inspectorate - 9. Self-regulating organizations conducted inspections of 265 organizations - members of SRO. The Commonwealth of Builders of RT - 96 inspections; The first Volga Construction Association - 169 inspections. Such data was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Irek Fayzullin said that as on16th of March 742.3 thousand square meters (30.9% of the plan) have been introduced in the republic, which is 140% of the corresponding period last year.

Within the framework of measures to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 5 houses are being built for 13 veterans. Of these, 3 objects are in a high degree of readiness and 2 objects are in medium degree. Under the program of multifamily investment housing in 2018, it is planned to rent 120 houses. To date, 40 objects have already been put into operation. For the remaining 80 objects, the situation is as follows: 25 houses are in a high degree of readiness, 38 - in the middle and 17 - in the low. Today in the country there is the construction of 23 rural clubs. In total this year it is planned to open 28 objects of culture.

Today in the village of Tarlovka a biological wastewater treatment plant was opened. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Elabuga district Gennady Emelyanov and the general director of the Gasification, Energy Saving Technologies and Development of Utility Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan Jaudat Minnahmetov. The new facility is designed to process 150 cubic meters of sewage per day. The drains pass a 4-fold purification. The so-called "dead water" will be animated by bacteria. The first testers were fish. The works were carried out at the expense of the republican budget and were implemented for 5 months. Installed facilities are made of polypropylene and fiberglass. And what is important here the smell of sewage is absent. And the premise and the project assume the possibility of installing additional reservoirs, which will increase the capacity of the facility in the future. Now biological treatment facilities treat 20 cubic meters of sewage per day.

On March 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of the Kazan Circus after the one-year reconstruction.

Over 1,500 children from large families from all over Tatarstan became the first spectators.

“As a major overhaul was completed, we decided that the first spectators of the Kazan circus should be exemplary, large families. The family is the foundation of any country, this is what we should be proud of. Today, the Kazan Circus meets all modern requirements and opens its doors again”, Tatarstan President said.

Minnikhanov also thanked the builders and designers of the building of the Kazan Circus and handed in the state awards to the staff.

About one billion roubles have been allocated from the regional budget for the overhaul and modernization of the circus, which lasted 11 months.

The building in the form of a flying saucer has changed inside beyond recognition. Everything is new here: armchairs, riding-hall, hall, foyer, ceiling, toilets, cloakroom and rooms for animals.

The renovation of the building was carried out taking into account modern standards, its historical features are not violated. Only little changes in connection with the sanitary and fire safety regulations.

Some work has been carried out to strengthen the dome structures, repair floors and roofing.  There was not air conditioning and ventilation system in the circus before. Modern equipment is installed here now.

The Gasification Foundation of the Republic of Tatarstan called for the provision of biological treatment facilities (BTF) with qualified personnel. This theme was announced by the general director of the fund Jaudat Minnahmetov to journalists before the launch of the BTF in the village of Bazarnye Mataki in the Alkei district. "Unfortunately, I serve the treatment facilities myself as the head of the settlement, I do not have specialists, there is no training on them. However, training should be. Our wastewater treatment plant is not able to deal with it, I understand that it is difficult. Today, those two or three people who are working at the treatment facilities have neither the experience nor the ability to work, "- lamented Nikoshin. "The treatment facilities are a serious matter, good specialists must work there. We have already begun to train, but there is no money for that either, there is no free education. Let's make an appeal to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to create a directorate, to provide the staff with a budget.
