The survey is organized to select public spaces - parks, squares, embankments, streets and other areas that will be landscaped in 2019. All residents of the Republic of Tatarstan can take part in the online voting. Every person can vote only once. Alexei Frolov noted that the program for the development of public spaces has been implemented since 2015 on the initiative of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. In 2017, it became a national project: "Public spaces fulfill one of the most important roles in the formation of comfortable living in the republic. In total for 2015-2017, 257 facilities were landscaped and 60 objects are planned to be built this year. " The online survey is scheduled to be completed on 20 of May and to sum up the voting results on 20 of June. After the completion of the vote, it will be known which areas of Tatarstan residents are considered the most priority - they will be included in the list of facilities for improvement in 2019. Other public spaces will be distributed for the period of 2020-2022 according to the rating, which also forms by the residents. Note that the residents of Kazan can choose public spaces for each district of the city.

Today the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin visited the construction site of the brewery "Belyi Kreml" in Chistopol. Together with the general director of JSC "Tatspirtprom" Irek Minnahmetov and the head of the Chistopol Municipal District Dmitry Ivanov, they inspected the production halls and warehouses of the plant. "Not every day such plants are built in Tatarstan, and indeed in Russia. Within a short period of time, the builders and management of Tatspirtprom carried out a large-scale work. When the construction is completed - it will be the most modern plant in Russia,"- the minister said. Recall that the brewery "Belyi Kreml" with a total area of ​​more than 153 thousand square meters began to build on the site of the industrial park "Chistopol" in June 2017. The contract for the construction of the plant was received by the company "Unionstroy Plus". The design capacity of the plant will be 10 million decaliters per year with the possibility of expansion. The factory plans to create about 400 jobs. The factory will boil beer of its own brands, as well as Bavarian royal beer brands Kaltenberg and Konig Ludwig.

Today in Laishevo launched purification biological facilities after a large-scale reconstruction. The last repair work on the site was carried out in 1989. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, the Director of the Gasification Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Jaudat Minnahmetov and the head of the Laishevsky district of the republic Mikhail Afanasyev. The design capacity of the facility is 450 cu. m drains per day. Now before the discharge of sewage into the natural reservoir of water, they have to overcome several stages of purification. Contaminated water undergoes biological treatment with the help of special bacteria. As a result, it is cleared at 95 - 98 percent. According to the head of Laishevsky district, it is planned to build the second phase of the facility. In the next few days, the treatment facilities in Tarlovka, Bazarnyi Mataki and Mamadysh will also be commissioned after the reconstruction. In 2018, the budget of the republic allocated 167 million rubles for the repair of the BTF in Biryulyakh, Novosheshminsk, Rybnaya Sloboda, Buinsk and Karabash.

The volume of financing of capital repairs in the Republic of Tatarstan in the period from 2008 to 2017 reached 53.08 billion rubles. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. During this program, 14 thousand 711 houses were overhauled, - the head of the ministry said. In 2017, according to Faizullin, repairs were carried out with the insulation of the roof of 426 multi-apartment buildings worth more than 1 billion rubles. Repair of facades using energy-saving materials and technologies was carried out in 427 multi-unit buildings. "This will lead to a change in payments for heat, and overall there is savings on these houses," - the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan said.

Licensing of management of apartment buildings has significantly improved the state of affairs in the industry. For two years of the program of development of public spaces in Tatarstan 184 parks and coastal territories were landscaped. The program of development of public spaces is realized since 2015. In 2017, 68 parks, squares and coastal areas were landscaped for a total of 3 billion 45 million rubles. In 2018 it is planned to equip 60 facilities with allocation of funds from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 2 billion rubles, from the federal budget - 655.108 million rubles.

On March 9, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that capital repair of 104 educational facilities has been launched in Tatarstan. As many as 995 multi-apartment houses are included in the capital repair programme in 2018.

More than 400 residents of the republic settled in the house of the 10-3 residential complex "Salavat Cooper". This housewarming completes the construction of the 10th quarter of the microdistrict. The newcomers of the apartment building were the participants of the republican program of social mortgage, the doctors-grantees, settlers from emergency housing, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and young families. The State Housing Fund noted that now the construction of the second stage of the complex (7th and 8th quarters) is underway in Salavat Cooper. It includes 10 more houses for 2.9 thousand apartments. Let's remind that the program of social mortgage is a unique project. Its goal is to provide Tatarstan residents with affordable housing with finishing in new homes. The program was launched in 2005. Its participants are provided with accommodation with payment by installments and registration in the property after full payment of funds.

On March 3, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the current year  in the sphere of labour protection in construction, the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 188 inspections in Tatarstan. Speaking about inspections in the sphere of labour protection, Faizullin said that five accidents, including three in Tukaevky region, have happened since the beginning of 2018. Five accidents of five are falls from heights.
