On 28th of February 2018 at Kazanskaya Yarmaka was the tenth-anniversary Republican contest "The best specialist in labor protection - 2018". The contest is timed to the World Day of Labor Protection and organized by the Inter-Regional Association of Labor Protection (Maot) with the support of the ministries, agencies, manufacturers and providers of special clothing, footwear, personal protective equipment. About 120 people took part in the competition, including 14 from construction organizations of the republic. LLC "YIT Kazan" became the winner in the nomination "Best Film of labor protection in their native languages, designed for workers - foreigners migrant."

In February 2018, Chistopol ZZhI conducted 20 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which - 3 inspections on the performance of previously issued regulations; 11 inspections - on complaints received by the citizens; 6 inspections - at the request of the prosecutor's office. Out of the number of complaints received, 15 applications were checked with access to the site, 10 of which were taken to control the inspection (regulations were issued).

Installation of a thermal unit for a separate heating of water is being carried out,"- said the representative of the general contractor.

During this time 7771 young families received social benefits and improved housing conditions. From the federal budget, it was allocated 1 billion 750 million rubles, from the republican budget - 2 billion 415 million. In 2017 61 young families received housing in the total amount of 55.2 million rubles, including 5.2 million from the federal budget, 50 million rubles - from the republican.

The total amount of fund allocated for capital repair of multi-apartment houses amounts to 6,760,348,000 roubles.
