In the Special economic zone "Alabuga" Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Alyashev  conducted weekly meeting with the Customer JSC "SEZ PPT "Alabuga", the design Institute GUP "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt", the contractors of JSC "KamGESenergostroy", OOO "Hidroprojektas". During the meeting the questions of organization of design and construction works on the objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the special economic zone.

At present time, the contractor LLC "Gidropromzhilstroy" completed finishing works in the premises of the "Industrial and technological park for the production of auto components" Synergy " Building number 1 (to accommodate the tool and bench shop). In the production building at the stage of completion of work on the installation of internal engineering systems: fire fighting, automation , ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and also testing and commissioning is in progress.The tenant of LLC "MMK-DZHOSHKUNOZ-ALABUGA" is completing the start-up and adjustment works of technological equipment. During the meeting, attention was also paid to the issues of compliance with labor protection, occupational safety and fire safety requirements for work on construction sites. Manufacturers and suppliers of construction resources, until April 25, 2018 need to include price information in the FGIS CA system.

During the planned and unplanned inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Zainsk, Nizhnekamsk and Novosheshminsky, the NZHI's inspectors in the 1st quarter of 2018 examined 164 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​1 861.08 thousand sq. meters. During the inspections revealed only 511 violations, including: the rules of technical operation and repair of the tenement houses - 448, the rules for the use of living quarters - 109, the norms and the regime for providing the citizens with utilities - 9. Based on the results of inspections to the management companies and the property owners association 149 prescriptions were issued, 36 protocols were drawn up on administrative offenses, including 9 for legal entities, 7 for officials and 20 for physical persons. 7 protocols were compiled under Article 19.5, part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for non-compliance with regulations NZHI deadline.

On 21of March 2018 was held a meeting of the Council on the issue of Personnel Policy under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting was made a decision to include 15 state civil servants on the Electronic Honor Board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018. The honor to be presented on the Honor Board was also awarded to the Head of Architecture and Town Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Guzel Zagidullina. The decision was made taking into account the formed rating of candidates. The rating of candidates was formed according to the approved Methodology of evaluation of professional and personal qualities of civil servants recommended for inclusion on the Electronic Honor Board of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The evaluation was carried out in two stages.

In the polyclinic №2 along Vishnevsky Street, was held offsite meeting regarding overhaul repairing on major repairs involving Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, Director of The main investment and construction department of RT, representatives of public health services and designers. To date,in the building of the polyclinic has completed the strengthening of the apertures and slabs, the laying of sewage networks, the painting of the facade, the commissioning of lift equipment, the installation of heating. After completion of the renovation, the building is planned to be used as a polyclinic department with the capacity of 500 visits per shift, 9 sites of the attached population, and also for the training of students of the K(P)FU for medical and related specialities.

Tatarstan is one of the leaders among the subjects of Russia in terms of proposals for the further replication of the best practices. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men today at videoconference on the formation of a comfortable urban environment. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Gatiyatov took part in the meeting. As Mikhail Men emphasized, it is very important to see the dynamics of the project in the regions, since the extent of involvement of the authorities and residents is well marked by changes in the urban environment. It will be recalled that the priority project "The formation of a comfortable urban environment" was launched in Russia in 2017. At the same time, the "source" of the program was Tatarstan, which began the program of improving public spaces at the regional level in 2015.

The winners among the representatives of the network publications will be determined until 22th of June inclusively.

The meeting of the board of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation was held on March 30. It was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government Dmitry Kozak and the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Mikhail Men. The Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Men, reported on the results of the Ministry's activities over the past year. He noted that housing construction in 2017 amounted to 79.2 million square meters, which exceeded the forecasted index. This result was also achieved due to the effective implementation of the subprogram "Stimulating housing construction" in the framework of the priority project "Mortgage and rental housing". This measure allowed the additional commissioning of 8.3 million square meters of housing, which is 32% higher than the planned target.

On March 31, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Acting President of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of 2018, the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of Tatarstan have carried out 314 inspections and issued 88 decisions at the total cost of 3m6thousand  roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

On the basis of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, a general meeting of the Russian Association of Communal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.During the meeting, the results of work for 2017 were summed up and the main tasks for 2018 were determined.

The event was attended by the President of the All-Russian Industry Association of Employers "Union of Utilities" S.Agapitov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ROOR "Union of Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Abrek Khayrullin, Deputy Director General of "Fund of the State Institution Gasification, Energy Saving Technologies and Development of Utility Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan" Evgeniy Volkov; representatives of the Ministry, enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services of the republic.

The All-Russian competition "Ideas transforming cities" was launched. The aim is identifying and supporting talented young citizens who are actively involved in planning and creating projects for the improvement of the urban environment in the municipalities of the Russian Federation. The contest is held with the information support of the FSBI "Center for Support of Youth Creative Initiatives" and the All-Russia Council of Local Self-Government.

Tasks of the Competition:

- involvement of young citizens in the process of development and implementation of architectural projects in the municipal entity of the subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the citizen resides;

- solving problems of improving the urban environment through the identification, selection, description and replication of best practices and initiatives;

- professional orientation of project participants;

- informing the participants about the goals and objectives of the Federal Project "Building a Comfortable Urban Environment".
