On 24 November in the conference room of the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan passed the next meeting of the working group on public control in the housing sector and development of public self-government. The event was held under the chairmanship of the member of the Public chamber of Dmitry Romanov. The working group has been updated — it includes professionals working in the field of maintenance of public buildings, representatives of self-regulatory organizations and the presidents of the Councils houses. According to the agenda, the meeting participants discussed a number of issues.

Today, on the basis on the basis of Kazan construction college has opened a new training center of TECHNONICOL, which will provide practical training students, professionals of the construction industry.

On November 23, at Kazanskaya Yarmarka exhibition center, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov opened the 7th specialized exhibition and congress “Pure water. Kazan-2016”.

Acting Head of the Federal Agency for Water Resources Vadim Nikanorov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic Farid Abdulganiyev, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin, Head of Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin and other officials took part in the opening ceremony.

According to organizers, holding the exhibition and congress "Pure water. Kazan” will allow participants to share practical experience, demonstrate advanced technologies, discuss main issues of the industry, and focus on water problems.

It should be noted that Tatarstan is one of Russia's most watered regions, with more than 36,000 water bodies.

"Tatarstan is the district's leading region in the number of water. Of course, water is the basis for our economy and recreation. Without this important natural resource we can not solve any problems,” Minnikhanov said in his welcoming speech.

"Tatarstan has huge water resources, but the existing infrastructure should be developed," he went on to say.

"I am sure that this exhibition and congress, as well as systematic work, which will be done together with our federal colleagues and the public, will allow us to significantly change the situation in the republic in this sphere,” Minnikhanov summed up. 

The further development of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is impossible without qualified personnel, formed and Mature in the labour market. This was stated today by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at meeting of Economic Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue.

Today in the Specialized class "School of  literate consumer" in the College utilities Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT was held a seminar for the Chairmen and activists of the Council of apartment buildings. The training was attended by about 20 people.

The lesson covered a number of issues including the reform of housing and communal services and changes in the housing code, the legal and judicial practice, learning the basics of energy efficiency, interaction of tips with management companies.

To date, the Center has trained 1,750 people.

The title of the best masters of the All-Russian professional skill contest #trucknut won the commander Artem Kudryashov. Team Staff of KSCU successfully represented the Volga Federal district at the all-Russian competition of professional skill. The competition took place over two days and comprised three modules:

Inspectorate of construction supervision and inspection work since the beginning of the year held 1 398 thousand checks, the results of which 451 rendered the judgment in the amount of 16 million 775 thousand rubles. Today in the educational cluster of the Kazan state architectural-building University opened the first in Russia experimental architectural space BFFT.space, or as it is called creators, "buffet". In an area of 600 square meters in the near future will focus on best practice and tools of modern engineering, architecture and urbanism.

Today it started the VI workshop "Overhaul: Organisation and performance". This seminar is the sixth practical workshop. In total, 2014-2016 workshops attended by more than 600 people from 65 regions of Russia.
