On October 15, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin informed that 1 mln and 796,8 thousand square metres of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan as of October 14.

On October 13, at the Kazan Kremlin, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on construction of Bolgar Islamic Academy.

The academic and residential buildings of the academy have been built. Participants of the meeting discussed some issues concerning finishing the buildings, connection of utility lines, and site improvement.

Today, it was held a meeting of representatives of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Engineering centre "Energoprogress". In Kazan hostels will hold an overhaul, and repairing the common areas, replacing plumbing and kitchen equipment, announced today at a business Monday in the mayor's office, Deputy head of Kazan Executive Committee, Chairman of the utilities Committee Iskander Giniyatullin.

He said that for the first time in the history of the implementation of the program of capital repairs in Kazan thorough repair of the hostel. "In 2017 we will begin capital repairs of hostels. We are planning to renovate common areas, interior passageways, corridors, of course, the roof and facades systems. In addition, in the course of repair will be replaced and kitchen facilities", – said Iskander Giniyatullin.

He also said that in the capital now combine the implementation of two programs – the repair of the houses and the landscaping of the yard. 

In the coming year the work of the Executive Committee on this form will continue, assured the Chairman of city Committee of housing and communal services.

On October 8, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov informed that the number of accidents in construction sphere decreased as compared to the same period of the previous year.

On October 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Turkish Minister of economy Nihat Zeybekci took part in the opening of two new plants of Şişecam company, - “Trakya Glass Rus” (production of construction glass), and “Automotive Glass Alliance Rus” (production of automotive glass) in Alabuga Special Economic Zone (Yelabuga, Tatarstan).  

Today in the Specialized class "School of literate consumer" in the College utilities Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT was held a seminar for the Chairmen and activists of the Council of apartment buildings. The training was attended by about 25 people.

The lesson covered a number of issues including the reform of housing and communal services and changes in the housing code, the legal and judicial practice, learning the basics of energy efficiency, interaction of tips with management companies.

The Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation held a meeting on the issue of assistance to law enforcement agencies in the relevant expertise in the field of construction and housing. The meeting took place on 4th of October under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of construction of Russia Leonid Stavitskiy, with the participation of representatives of law enforcement bodies and the Ministry's subordinate organizations.
