Complete rejection of shared construction is not planned in Russia. It was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, answering journalists' questions after a meeting on development of housing construction, which took place in Kazan. The meeting was attended by Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

In August 18, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of construction Irek Faizullin  and  First Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov who arrived on a working trip in Kazan inspected the construction pace of Solovinaya roscha housing estate.

On August 18, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov participated in the solemn opening of the kindergarten for 140 children in Sokuri village of Laishevo region. The building houses 6 group premises with sports and musical halls, a sensory room,  curriculum and doctor's offices, a catering unit, a laundry, and a sport and recreation ground.  The modern developing and information-intensive educational  environment is created there to promote children’s activity.

Meeting on monitoring the implementation of the overhaul took place in the thirteenth kindergarten of the city of Mendeleevsk.

On August 15, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov  held the regional meeting with all municipalities in a video conference format.

Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov ETAT congratulated the labor collective of OJSC "Ammonium" and LLC "Mendeleevskazot" on the remarkable and significant event in the life of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation - with complete range of products of Complex "Ammonium".

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan  held a meeting under the program of construction of sports grounds in 2015.
