Alexander Plutnik visited Tatarstan on a working visit

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin met with the General Director of JSC "Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending" Alexander Plutnik within his working trip to Kazan.

He visited residential complexes "Soloviena Rocha" and "Zolotaya Podkova". Irek Envarovich and Alexander A. inspected local area, as well as apartments of residential complexes. The planned residential development "Soloviena Rocha» represented high-rise 9-14 storey brick apartment buildings of economy - class what is located on a plot with a total area - 11, 2 ha. The fenced area of the complex is provided with the installation landscape fountains, landscaping, playgrounds and recreation areas for adults. Separate boiler will provide heat and hot water. The residential complex "Zolotaya Podkova" project also provides integrated landscaping, playgrounds and recreation areas for adults.

Alexander Plutnik appreciated the quality of new housing.

In 2015 the planned volume of housing construction is 2.4 million square meters, including 897.8 thousand square meters multifamily housing investment.

Rustam Minnikhanov: Today, the construction complex is one of the drivers of the country's economic growth

A joint meeting of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Infrastructure for Life and the Board of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Russia took place in Moscow today. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Infrastructure for Life Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and other officials. The event summed up the results of 2025 and defined the tasks until 2030.

Within the framework of the federal program "All the best for children" of the national project "Youth and Children" in Nizhnekamsk, the building of secondary school No. 8 is being overhauled. The two-storey building is located on Yunost Street.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of expanding the use of republican brick products.
