The construction of the house for a local police officer is being continued in village Tat. Burnashevo in Verkhneuslonsky municipal area of Tatarstan. The contractor is LLC “ELPEK”. The investor is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Residential houses for police officers are being built under the Federal program in villages Nizhny Iksubash and Nyrty of Kukmorsky municipal area of Tatarstan.

The scope of the rendered services of organizations of the housing and public utilities (excluding gas, electricity and heat supply in cogeneration mode) for the first six months of this year amounted to 15.7 billion rubles. The collection rate of the population for the housing and utility services as of 1 September, 2013 amounted to 97.7 percent. These data were presented today at the meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of the implementation of the programs in the sphere of housing and public utilities. The meeting, held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, was attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and Director General of the State Corporation - Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin.

Today, an official foundation stone ceremony of project “Smart City Kazan” took place in Laishevsky area of Tatarstan near village Stolbische, within the framework of the 5th International Economic Summit of Russia and OIC countries KazanSummit 2013. Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on “Implementation of the program on the resettlement of people from the failing housing stock with due regard to the integrated development and construction of energy-efficient houses”. The meeting was chaired by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing F.M.Khanifov.

The Board of the State Corporation - Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities approved the application of the republic of Tatarstan for financial support from the Fund for the resettlement of people from the failing housing stock.
