The number of appeals on issues of accruals for the general-purpose needs decreased

Questions on charges in the invoices for heating and the quality of the provided housing and utilities services are of most concern to the residents of Tatarstan at present. Such appeals are regularly received this year in the Regional Center for Public Control in the Area of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced today at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by executive director of the center Dmitry Romanov. In the first quarter of this year, the number of appeals on issues of accruals for general-purpose needs (ODN) decreased in the public monitoring system in the housing and communal services sector. Among leading topics - issues on charges for heating, legal issues, as well as the provision of housing services, "- said the expert.
