Republican meeting with developers on shared construction

Today, the Ministry together with the Housing Policy Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan held an expanded Republican meeting with representatives of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, supervisory bodies and developers on the topic "Changes and innovations in the legislation on shared construction of apartment buildings." Changes in the regulation of shared construction are aimed at increasing the transparency of the activities of developers, improving the current legislation and ensuring increased protection of the rights of participants in shared construction. Deputy Minister Ilshat Sakhapovich Gimaev and deputy head of the housing policy department of the executive committee of the city of Kazan Akhmetkhanov Ayrat Rafkatovich addressed the meeting. After the speeches, representatives of the developers asked the questions. The meeting was very productive for each of the parties and it was decided to hold similar republican meetings at least once a quarter.
