In the Republic of Tatarstan by the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate since the beginning of 2018, 693 inspections in the field of occupational safety in construction have been carried out. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 226 decisions were made for a total amount of 8 million 869 thousand rubles. Such data were announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main report was made by Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, he said that as of 6th of July, 2018, the Republic introduced 1 million 226.3 thousand square meters of housing, that consist 51% of the plan (110% of the corresponding period last year). In the republic, according to the social mortgage program, the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provided reports on 104 houses - for 2831 apartments with an area of 153.9 thousand square meters.
66 houses with an area of 522.9 thousand square meters from the 120 multi-family investment houses, planned for commissioning in 2018, currently put into operation. From the 54 multi-apartment investment houses which are under construction, 32 houses are in a high degree of readiness; in an average degree of readiness - 22 houses. Besides, work continues on the construction of rural clubs in the republic. By 6th of July, the work is being carried out at all 28 sites, including the installation of a foundation at 2 sites; wall masonry at 6 sites; a roofing device on 10 sites; finishing works are being carried out at 10 sites. Also, a major overhaul of veterinary associations and agricultural departments continues. By 6th of July, at 37 from 46 facilities works have been completed, the work is being carried out at 9 sites. Works on the construction of universal sports grounds are organized at 90 sites from 97 in 41 districts. At the same time, the foundation was completed at 53 sites in 27 districts. Lighting is conducted at 43 sites in 24 districts.
