The Republic of Tatarstan put in commission 1 million 439 thousand square meters of housing
On August 31, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the year the State Construction Supervision and State Labour Inspectorate have conducted 920 inspections in the sphere of labour safety in construction industry and issued 295 decisions for the sum of 10 million 755 thousand roubles.
This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Irek Fayzullin said that as of August 31, 1 million 439 thousand square meters of housing had been commissioned in the republic, which amounts to 59.9% of the plan. The plan for housing construction is made in Pestrechinsky district. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 9 houses are being built for 19 veterans. To date, 8 houses are in a high degree of readiness and 1 facility - in an average degree. Under the program of construction of multifamily investment housing from 120 houses for today 77 objects are put into operation. Among the 43 multifamily investment residential buildings under construction, 35 facilities are in a high degree of readiness, 8 - in the middle. In the part of low-rise construction (including private housing construction) in the republic, out of the planned 8 thousand 370 houses, 5,491 facilities were put into operation, which amounts 65.6% of the plan. As part of the program for the construction of rural clubs as of August 29, 2018, the work was completed at 14 sites. Today, the construction of 14 clubs continues. "Everything that happens in the area is the zone of your responsibility. No matter how the school will be repaired: through the program or using other funds. You have to check that the school was ready for the beginning of the academic year," - Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized and instructed to complete the repair work in the shortest possible time.
