A survey of citizens on the quality of housing services

On the website of the Regional Center for Public Control in the Sphere of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, a survey of citizens on the quality of housing and communal services is open. The purpose of the survey is to identify the most vulnerable and problematic topics that concern consumers of services. The survey addresses the most pressing issues related to the provision of housing and utility services, the work of managing organizations and Councils of apartment buildings and the state of the common property. According to the results of the survey, a detailed analysis of the answers will be conducted and proposals will be made to improve the work of managing organizations and housing and public utility agencies.
