2 thousand 384 organizations in which 94 thousand people work are actually engaged in construction works in the republic. Such data was voiced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan. The building complex confidently performs the functions of the locomotive of the real sectors of the economy. The share of the gross product of the construction complex in the total regional product was forecast at 7.2%, with the share of those employed in the construction being 4.5%. The share of unprofitable enterprises in the construction industry decreased by 0.3 percentage points over the year and amounted to 24%.
