Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic: As of January 18, as many as 86,700 square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On January 19, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of January 18, 2019, as many as 86,700 square meters of housing, which makes 3.6 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

The Minister reported on the implementation of investment programme of the Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic, which envisages the construction of 165 houses for 7,838 apartments with the total area of 438.300 square meters in 2019.

To date, the Fund reported to the statistic agencies on 22 houses for 250 apartments with the total area of 140,000 square meters.

Faizullin continued that as many as 936 houses with the total area of 5.6 million square meters are planned to be overhauled in 2019.

According to the Minister, it is planned to provide 309 orphans with housing under residential lease in 2019.

It is planned to accommodate 132 families of certain categories, including 35 large families, 52 young families and 45 families of other categories under the housing programme.

As many as 140 houses are planned to be built under the multi-apartment houses investment programme, 13 of them have already been commissioned. 

Of the 143 facilities under construction, there are 37 sites in a high degree of readiness, 40 objects on average, and 66 objects on a low level. Under the program of overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019, it is planned to repair 936 residential buildings with a total area of ​​5.6 million square meters. The program involves 42 municipalities (except Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts).
