Information about the inspection activities of Chistopolskaya ZHI for January 2019

In January 2019, Chistopolskaya ZHI conducted 53 unscheduled inspections of legal entities, of which - 1 verification of the execution of a previously issued order; 3 inspections - according to citizens' appeals received in CZHI and 49 inspections by order of the head. In total, within the framework of the inspections conducted, 48 residential buildings with a total area of ​​83.21 thousand square meters were surveyed; 87 violations of the rules and regulations of the technical operation of the housing stock were identified, for which 52 prescriptions were issued. In January 2019, 38 written addresses of citizens were received in Chistopol ZHI. From the number of received appeals, 10 appeals were checked, 3 of which were taken for inspection control (prescriptions issued). In January 2019, persons previously subjected to administrative liability paid fines in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
