The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archives conducts competitions among the archives of organizations of the republic, which are sources of staffing the state archive:

- “The best archive of a non-profit organization and public authority that sources the state (municipal) archive of the Republic of Tatarstan”;

- “The best archive of a commercial organization - the source of acquisition of the state (municipal) archive of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The prize for the 1st place - 1 million rubles, 2nd place - 750 thousand rubles, 3rd place - 500 thousand rubles. The total prize fund is 4 million 500 thousand rubles. Provisions on competitions are posted on the official website of the State Committee in the section “Activities. Grants, archival contests" and in social networks of the State Committee.
