Tatarstan became the winner in the contest of the regions of the festival "Architectural Heritage"

The All-Russian festival with international participation “Architectural Heritage” ended in Kazan by awarding the winners of review contests. In a large-scale event, the theme of which was “Historical City: Restarting Space”, in three days took part 49 regions of Russia. This is more than a thousand architects and restorers from different cities of the country, as well as specialists from Belarus, Greece, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. 178 speakers spoke to the participants of the festival. During the festival, the jury determined the best in the nominations “Regions of Russia”, “Best Student Work”, “Best Object of Conservation and Development”, “Best Object in Domestic Cultural Tourism”, “Best Printed Edition”, and also “Heritage to Children”. The “Research” nomination marked the work “Architect K.L. Mufke in Kazan” also the team of the school “DASHKA” under the leadership of Adeline Abdullina, as well as the project “Heritage in a young heart”, etc. 15 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the contest “Regions of Russia”. President of the Union of Architects of Russia Nikolay Shumakov awarded the golden diploma of this nomination to the Republic of Tatarstan. The restoration of the main house of the Boratynsky museum in Kazan by the organization “TSNRU” was awarded a silver diploma in the nomination “Objects of civil architecture”. In the same category, the Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God restored by "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" received a gold diploma.
