Tatarstan President congratulates new settlers on moving into new apartments in Naberezhnye Chelny

Today in Naberezhnye Chelny was a solemn settlement of the 403-apartment residential building No. 63/15. The event was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Alashev, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, Executive Director of the NGO Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zaripov and others. The investor-developer of the house is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan  Participants in the social mortgage program, World War II veterans, large families, orphans, as well as doctors who have received special grants will live in the new building.  Minnikhanov congratulated residents of Naberezhnye Chelny on moving into new apartments. He stressed that the construction of houses under the social mortgage programme will continue in the city. Moreover, work on the construction of social facilities, in particular, a kindergarten and a school is underway, he added. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan began to master the 63rd microdistrict of the city in 2017. In total, according to the construction sketch, it is planned to build 17 houses on 3.5 thousand apartments with a total area of ​​207 thousand square meters. This year, in the microdistrict, three more social security houses for 763 apartments will be put into operation. Also today, the President of Tatarstan familiarized with the construction of the residential house 65-06, located in the Yashlek microdistrict. The object was considered one of the problem houses of shared construction. At present, construction and installation works have been resumed. The commissioning of the house is scheduled for 2020.
