The introduction of innovations in the utility sector, the experience of single customer service, the overhaul of apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities — these and other important topics were discussed today by Deputy Minister Ildus Nasyrov and Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region Ekaterina Kharchenko. Advisor to the Governor of the Kursk Region Anna Konovalova, Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kursk Region Sergey Chernov, Chairman of the Housing and Public Utilities and Fuel and Energy Complex Committee of the Kursk Region Alexey Dedov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Tourism of the Kursk Region Sergey Kotlyarov took part in the friendly delegation. The meeting format was interactive. The guests could not only hear information about a number of significant achievements in construction and housing and communal services, but also ask questions and exchange experience. The event also showed a video about the programs implemented in 2018. Welcoming the delegation, the deputy minister noted the importance of developing bilateral relations. “We are always glad to share the gained useful experience with our colleagues, including those from other regions of Russia - the Kursk region,” - Ildus Nasyrov emphasized.

He told about the state of affairs in the housing and communal complex in general and the development of public spaces in particular: “In 2015, work began on the arrangement of parks, public gardens and public spaces. For 4 years, 328 objects (approximately 264 parks and squares, 43 embankments, 6 squares, 7 boulevards, 8 streets) in the amount of 8 billion 609 million rubles have been landscaped. According to the results of the implementation of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”, the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017 took the 1st place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In 2018, 14 settlements became the winners, 9 - the finalists of the All-Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment among small cities and historical settlements. The total amount of grants won amounted to 905 million rubles.” He also noted that during the last 8 years in Tatarstan more than 2 million 400 thousand sq. meters of housing (in 2018 approximately 2 million. 409.9 thousand square meters). Reached one of the highest in the Russian Federation indicator of housing per 1 resident (approx. 26.2 square meters in RT and 25.2 square meters in the Russian Federation). It is also planned to implement this year 40 state programs that have a huge impact on the quality of life of the population of the republic. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on the continuation of the work and discussed the prospect of further cooperation in specific areas.
