The rules for designing natural and combined lighting in industrial buildings came into force
A new set of rules SR 419.1325800.2018 “Industrial buildings. Rules for the design of natural and combined lighting”, the norms of which establish requirements for the design and reconstruction of natural and combined lighting of industrial buildings. The application of the norms of the document will provide a safe and comfortable working environment. The rulebook contains methods for calculating the normalized parameters of natural lighting of premises with upper and side lighting systems when placing a building in an open area, as well as taking into account buildings with different layouts of buildings relative to each other.
The document also indicates the initial data for the calculation, methods for calculating the lighting parameters included in the basic formulas for the coefficient of natural light exposure (CLE), the principles of designing the combined lighting, the choice of artificial lighting in the system of combined lighting depending on the time of use of natural light in the room. The set of rules was developed by a team of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences", LLC "TSERERA-EXPERT" with the participation of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Education "National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering". The document passed the examination of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 465 "Construction".
