The "United Russia" control group checked the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan
A delegation of members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation arrived in Tatarstan to assess the implementation of national projects. The results of the departure will be discussed with the party activists of the republic. Representatives of the parliament - Senator Irek Yalalov, along with State Duma deputies Vladimir Afonsky and Irek Zinnurov, accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, evaluated the implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The guests visited the park on Absalyamov Street, the residential complex "Vesna": the park "Vesna", a school for 1501 places and a kindergarten for 340 places: The area of the residential complex "Vesna" is 31.15 hectares. The complex includes a group of 10 and 19-storey buildings with underground parking lots and built-in offices and service institutions. On the territory of the complex two kindergartens for 340 places each, a school for 1501 places, two multi-storeyed parkings for 989 and 1096 cars/ places are designed. The project envisages the formation of a continuous system of gardening of common areas, linked to the natural frame of the city. The system of landscaping common areas is formed by creating a recreational zone (park) along the Knox River, creating boulevards connecting the park with a residential complex, and creating residential and public buildings in the newly developed areas. The total area of the recreational landscape zone is 10.8 hectares.
The goal of party control is to increase the effectiveness of the execution of national projects, achieve their goals and results, and, as a result, ensure well-being and improve the quality of life of the population. The national project "Housing and Urban Environment" includes three subsections - regional projects - "Housing", "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" and the provision of a sustainable reduction of housing stock that is not suitable for living. According to the passport of the national project, one of the key indicators will be the increase in housing construction by 2024 - up to 120 million square meters. m per year in Russia as a whole, in Tatarstan 2.245 million square meters in 2019.
Events of 2019: construction of a school for 1501 places in the residential complex "Vesna" in Kazan (511,012 million rubles, including 153,304 million rubles - republican, 357,708 million rubles - federal budget); construction of a school for 1224 places in the residential complex “Usadba Tsarevo”, Pestrechinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan (560.507 million rubles, including 168.152 million rubles - republican, 392.355 million rubles - federal budget); construction of inter-quarter passages in the residential area of Salavat Kupere (353.548 million rubles, including 106.064 million rubles - republican, 247.484 million rubles - federal budget).
