Minstroy RT: 1 million 408.4 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in Tatarstan - that is 58% of the plan
The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision for the 6 months of 2019 conducted 702 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 154 resolutions were issued for a total amount of 5 million 955 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations carried out inspections of 597 organizations that are members of SROs. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting in the form of video conference was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the work. The minister said that as of 28th of June, 1 million 408.4 thousand square meters of housing was put into operation in the republic, which is 58% of the plan (116.2% was commissioned by the corresponding period of last year). There are 30 objects in a high degree of readiness for 59 multi-apartment investment residential buildings under construction, 26 in an average degree, and 3 in a low degree 3. 4,723 objects were put into operation in the part of individual housing construction in the republic from the planned 7,232 houses. Under the program for the construction of rural clubs, work is organized at 21 sites. At 3 sites, the foundation is being laid, at 5 — laying walls, at 7 — roofing, at 6 — finishing, installing windows, doors, and working with networks. As part of the construction of buildings of the Soviets (executive committees) of the settlements, as of 28th June, work continues at 10 sites. One object put into comission.
