Tatarstan annually allocates 225 million rubles for providing villages with street light

For the current year more than 5.5 thousand LED lamps will be installed in villages.  For the current year, 225 million rubles will be spent on providing the villages of all regions of Tatarstan with street light.  The deputy general director of the state institution “Gasification Fund, energy-saving technologies and the development of engineering networks of the Republic of Tatarstan” Yevgeny Volkov told this at a press conference in the IA “Tatar-inform”.  “The amount of funding for the program ("Restoration of street lighting in localities" - editorial comment) will be 225 million rubles, in all areas this program is being implemented.  To date, 5,713 LED lamps have been installed, 131 km of self-supporting insulated wires (type of wire intended for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in air power and lighting networks — editorial comment) have been laid and 86 control panels have been installed.  Execution of works is about 52%.  Today we see no threats and plan to complete this program by September,”- the speaker noted.  Evgeny Volkov added that under this program for 2014 - 2018 45 thousand fixtures were installed, 1256 km of self-supporting insulated wires were changed, and the amount of funding amounted to 1 billion rubles.
