Alexei Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about readiness for the heating period in the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting of the republican headquarters on preparations for the heating period 2019-2020. The event was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin. The meeting was held via videoconferencing with the connection of the municipal regions of Tatarstan. “Decisions were made to start heating supply in 27 districts: Agryzsky, Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Bavlinsky, Buinsky, Bugulminsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky, Vysokogorsky and a number of others,” - reported Alexey Frolov. He recalled that the ministry monitors the heat supply to housing, communal and social facilities: “An operational dispatch center has been formed in the ministry, a hot line is operating at telephone number 8-843-231-14-10. Residents can apply for all emerging issues of the heating period.” Speaking about the readiness for the heating season of social facilities, Alexey Frolov said that 1287 boiler houses (40%) were commissioned today. 3673 multi-apartment buildings, 795 schools, 1074 kindergartens, 911 health facilities, 450 cultural facilities, 114 sports and youth facilities, 78 social protection facilities are heated. Also, reports were made by the heads of the executive committees of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk, Aktanysh and Buinsk. In Naberezhnye Chelny, the process of heat supply starting in residential buildings has been launched. In Kazan, the start of heat supply in residential buildings will begin in large numbers on 24th of September. Summing up, Rustam Nigmatullin instructed to conduct organized work to prepare for the heating season. “Unconditionally, it is necessary to put heat into kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and residential buildings. The issue of heat is one of the most important. I ask the heads of municipalities to take the issue for personal control,”- concluded the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
