News from the construction site of IP SEZ "Alabuga"

Issues of the infrastructure construction of the industrial production special economic zone “Alabuga” were discussed at the meeting with contracting organizations held by Deputy Minister of Constructin, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev in the Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”.
Currently general contractors “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC and “Trest Kamdorstroiy” CJSC are carrying out construction and installation work at the facilities of utility and transport infrastructure of the second phase of the SEZ construction. As of today, since the beginning of the year 232.8 mln. rubles have been used. “Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC used 161.0 million rubles and “Trest Kamdorstroiy” CJSC used 71.8 million rubles.
“Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC completed the installation of the networks of the runoff water system along the southern direction of the railway and is preparing its handing-over to the Customer. The networks of the sanitary sewer, the installation of northern treatment facilities and equipment РП-13 are being carried out.
“Trest Kamdorstroiy” CJSC installed the outside lighting for motorway M-7, ordered materials and is preparing to reconstruct the overhead power line along motorway M-7. At the moment it is also completing the work on the reconstruction of the utilities through motorway Ш-5.
The issues of compliance with safety and health requirements by contractors during construction work were also considered at the meeting.
The All-Russian voting for selecting priority improvement projects for 2027 is ongoing. As of May 4, 203,000 people in Tatarstan have made their choice.
Major repairs of utility networks in the 31st microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny are ongoing. The work began in 2025 within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life.” At that time, 1.2 km of sewer networks were replaced and 30 reinforced concrete wells were installed.
The progress of housing construction was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, at a traditional meeting held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the current year, 14 new sports facilities are planned to be built in Tatarstan.
