A delegation from the Belgorod region, headed by the Deputy Governor of the Belgorod Region - Head of the Department of Construction and Transport Evgeny Glagolev, visited Tatarstan to exchange experiences. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov, told the guests about the implementation of 40 programs in the field of construction, housing and communal services in the republic. Particular attention was paid to the work of the main customer of the programs of The main investment and construction department of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Housing and Utilities Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. “We became one of the first regions which start implementing a comprehensive strategy to solve problems in the field of housing and communal services. Overhaul of apartment buildings is only one of the directions of this great work. In the formation of annual overhaul plans, a number of measures are included aimed at improving energy efficiency and energy saving, including the installation of weather control units, replacing windows in entrances, roof insulation, etc.,” - said Alexey Frolov.

Measures for the development of public spaces received great support and positive feedback from the population of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2015-2018, in the republic, under the programs "Parks and squares", "Arrangement of water protection zones, and the priority project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", 328 objects worth a total of 8.6 billion rubles were landscaped, each of which was discussed by residents of the Republic. This year it is planned to improve 54 public spaces (3.2 billion rubles) and 14 objects as part of the All-Russian contest of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. At the end of the event, Yevgeny Glagolev thanked Alexey Frolov and all the participants for an open, meaningful conversation and expressed hope for further cooperation.
