Today in Kazan hosted the annual seminar on pricing in construction. The main issues of the event were: Overview of changes in legislation in urban development and pricing in construction. Actual issues of verification of the determination of the estimated cost. Clarifications of modern requirements of norms and rules of estimated regulation in construction. The base-index method for determining the estimated cost of construction. The seminar was organized by the State Autonomous Institution “Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture” together with the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The seminar was attended by more than 100 managers and specialists from the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chuvash Republic, and the Perm Region.

The seminar was opened by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev: “Over the past year, important changes have taken place in the pricing system in construction, and regulatory acts that are related to the gradual transition to the resource method have been seriously worked out. One of the main tasks is the transition to a pricing model that will allow us to determine the estimated cost of construction at different stages of design with a given accuracy (at the stage of development of the rationale for investments using integrated construction price standards, at the design stage with application of design price standards, at the development stage working documentation using state elemental estimated norms). Prior to the transition to a resource pricing model, the existing procedure for determining the estimated cost of construction will be preserved: using the base-index, resource-index and resource methods,” - he said in his speech. Listeners had the opportunity to discuss problematic issues, exchange views during the round table.
