Minister I.E. Faizullin presents options of rental housing construction

Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin is on a working trip in Moscow where he took part in the meeting on the modernization of housing and public utilities in the Russian Federation and rental housing construction. The meeting was organized by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

This year the Republic has adopted the program “Development of the rental housing market” included in the integrated program “Development of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 – 2015”. Four options are offered to address the issues of rental housing construction: construction using collective investments, “mortgage with renting”, and creation of houses of non-profit housing stock included in the public housing stock, and creation of houses of non-profit housing stock by specialized non-profit organizations.
