FATTAKHOVA ALMIRA, a student at the DASHKA KSUAE Children's Design School, became the WINNER of the Dream School architectural and art competition for students in grades 9–10 of Russian secondary educational institutions, which was held on 24–26th of October, 2019 in Innopolis as part of the SECOND RUSSIAN YOUTH ARCHITECT Biennale. For the first time, a children's competition program was organized as part of the Biennale. From 1st to 20th of September, participants had to prepare an architectural project for a secondary educational institution with an architectural and artistic specialization, in other words, to develop a project for an art school in which they would like to study on their own. As a prize, the organizers offered an invitation to an educational trip to Berlin to the Gold and Silver winners of the children's competition. The competition was attended by 28 schools from all over Russia. Participants in their projects illustrated their ideas of a comfortable, functional and visually attractive secondary educational institution (school or college) should be.
