The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a seminar on “New in the legislation to ensure industrial safety of state-owned hazardous production facilities”. The seminar will be attended by representatives of the Territorial Administration of Privolzhsky Federal District of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department for Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan city and the Country Council of Tatarstan branch of all-Russian organization “Russian Union of Rescuers”.

Key topics include the discussion of Federal Law No. 225-FZ of July 27th, 2010 "On mandatory third party liability insurance of the owner of the hazardous production facility for injury caused by an accident at the hazardous facility”, the assessment of the level of the technical safety during the operation of hazardous production facilities, rendering assistance to business entities in emergency situations, the organization of training and certification of volunteer emergency response teams (NASF) in enterprises operating hazardous production facilities.
