Today Minister I.E. Faizullin reports at the Expert Council for the development of housing and public utilities affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation in Yekaterinburg

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin takes part in the All-Russian Conference “Effective management of housing and public utilities to create favorable living conditions for citizens” which is carried out by the State Corporation i.e. the Fund assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities, the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and non-profit organization “ZhKKh Razvitiye” in Yekaterinburg. Representatives of the federal authorities, heads of entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities, housing and utilities enterprises, research and design organizations and manufactures of materials and process equipment including energy saving and energy efficient equipment used in the housing and utilities sector, participate in the event.

Today there will be held a round table meeting on “Modernization of municipal infrastructure: from words to deeds”, a plenary session “Effective management of the housing stock to create favorable and safe living conditions for citizens”, and a offsite meeting of the Working Group of the Expert Council for the development of housing and public utilities affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation. The meeting will be devoted to the discussion of the draft of the Federal Law “On amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation” (with regard to the development of regional systems of major repairs in apartment houses). Minister I.E.Faizullin is going to report at the meeting. The theme of his report is “On the regional system of the financial support of major repairs in apartment houses”. The meeting of the Working Group will be held by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.N.Kozak.
